All appointments must be scheduled over the phone. We do not book appointments online at this time.

Yes. Insurance is verified over the phone when you call to schedule your appointment.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid. If you’re unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please call and we’ll be happy to check for you.
